Kindu Sexy is built so that we hold as little about you as possible. This page says exactly what that means, in the order that actually matters: what stays on your device, what reaches a server, and what you can ask us to delete.
Who we are
Kindu Sexy is made by CarpeDiem Creations LLC. This policy covers the marketing site at kindusexy.com and the web app at app.kindusexy.com. You can reach a person at kindusexy@carpediemcreations.io.
There is no account
You never give us an email address, a name, a phone number or a password, because there is nothing to sign up for. When you open the app it creates an anonymous session so your progress can sync between the tabs and devices you use. That session is a random identifier. It is not linked to you, and we cannot use it to work out who you are.
What stays on your device
The things that are actually about your relationship stay local. Nothing in this list is transmitted to us:
- Your couple quiz answers and the archetype derived from them.
- Which positions, locations and prompts you revealed, tried or rated.
- Your collections, favourites and the notes attached to them.
- Your streak, points, level and unlocked badges.
What reaches a server
Three things, and no more:
- The anonymous session identifier described above, so your progress can be restored on the same browser.
- Subscription state, if you subscribe. Our payment processor tells us that a subscription is active; it does not tell us your card details, and we never see them.
- Aggregate usage events — which screens are opened and which buttons are pressed — with no personal data, no free text you type, and no quiz or rating values attached.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and its payment provider. They collect and hold what a payment requires: your billing email, your payment method and your country for tax purposes. We receive only the entitlement — whether a subscription is active and when it renews. If you have paid and want that record removed, email us and we will walk you through it with the processor.
Analytics and advertising
We measure how the site and app are used so we know what to fix. Two tools are involved, and either may be absent depending on your region and settings: a privacy-focused analytics service that records page views without cookies, and Google Analytics with Google Ads conversion measurement, which does set cookies and may be used to measure advertising. No event carries content from your session — not quiz answers, not ratings, not anything you type.
How long anything is kept
Local data lives on your device until you clear your browser storage or uninstall the home-screen shortcut, and clearing it is irreversible. Anonymous sessions with no subscription attached are deleted after twelve months of inactivity. Subscription and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Because there is no account, the honest answer for most of it is that we hold nothing to give you: the fastest deletion is clearing your browser storage. For anything on the billing side, email kindusexy@carpediemcreations.io and we will act within thirty days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
Kindu Sexy is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
