Green Flag: Playfulness

When playfulness is your biggest green flag, the two of you have fun together. You have inside jokes, silly voices and running bits that nobody else would understand, and you can turn a dull errand into a game.

It shows up when you tease each other kindly, send each other things that made you laugh, and find the funny side of a bad day once the worst has passed. You are friends as well as partners.

What keeps it strong: make room for it. Try something neither of you is good at, play a game on a weeknight, flirt like you did at the start. Check that the teasing still feels good on both sides, and keep the jokes for after the serious talks, not in place of them.
