Green Flag: Teamwork

When teamwork is your biggest green flag, the two of you act like you are on the same side. You share the chores, the planning and the worrying, and when a problem turns up you ask what we are going to do, not whose fault it is.

It shows up in practical ways. One of you cooks while the other clears up. You cover for each other in a busy week, make big decisions together and count a win for one as a win for both.

This is a strength to lean on because life hands every couple a lot to carry. Knowing your partner will pick up their end, and sometimes yours, makes hard stretches feel manageable.
