Ten questions about the two of you. Find the green flag that shows up most in your relationship.
How to play Green Flags
Play it together on one phone, or take it separately and see whether you land on the same strength. The 10 questions are about ordinary moments: a bad day, a busy week, a night with no plans. Every answer describes something healthy, so there is nothing to get wrong. Pick the one that sounds most like the two of you.
- Tap Start the quiz. Each screen shows one question and five answers.
- Read the answers out loud and agree on the one that fits you best. Tapping it brings up the next question.
- Use Back to change an answer. The bar at the top tracks your progress.
- After question 10 you see your biggest green flag: communication, trust, affection, playfulness or teamwork.
- Send the result page to your partner, or retake the quiz on your own and compare.
What your result means
Green flags are the signs that a relationship is good for the people in it. They are the opposite of red flags: small, repeated behaviors that show care, respect and safety.
This quiz sorts them into five strengths. Communication is saying what you mean and listening well. Trust is feeling safe and relying on each other. Affection is warmth, touch and kind words. Playfulness is laughing and having fun together. Teamwork is sharing the load and facing problems side by side.
Your result is the strength you picked most often. It is the thing the two of you do most naturally, the one to lean on when life gets hard. It does not mean the other four are missing. Most couples have some of each, and every answer in this quiz is a green flag.
The result is a snapshot for the two of you to talk about. It is not an assessment of your relationship, and it cannot predict where it is going.
- Communication You two talk about almost anything, and you listen as well as you speak. It is the strength that keeps small problems small.
- Trust You feel safe with each other, and you each do what you say you will. It is the strength that lets you both relax.
- Affection You show love openly, with touch, warmth and kind words. It is the strength that keeps you both feeling wanted.
- Playfulness You laugh together, tease each other and turn ordinary moments into games. It is the strength that keeps things light.
- Teamwork You share the load and face problems side by side. It is the strength that makes life together run well.

Keeping it fun for both of you
This is a quiz about what already works, so treat it like a toast to the two of you. Play it on the sofa, read the answers out loud, and enjoy the ones that make you both say: that is so us.
If you disagree on an answer, that is the fun part. Ask each other for an example. You may find your partner notices kind things you do that you had forgotten about.
Either of you can go back on an answer or stop at any time. If a question touches a sore spot, leave it and come back another day, or not at all.
Try not to turn the result into a scorecard. Getting playfulness does not mean you are short on trust. It means laughter is the first thing you reach for. When you finish, tell each other one moment from the past month where that strength showed up. It takes two minutes and is the best part of the game.
