Secure attachment style
People with a secure style are comfortable with closeness and with time apart. They tend to raise problems early, listen without keeping score and recover quickly after an argument.
In a relationship this often looks ordinary. A slow reply is just a slow reply. A night apart is a chance to see friends. Asking for help or for affection does not feel risky, and hearing a partner ask for space does not feel like rejection.
Secure does not mean perfect. Stress, a rough patch or a partner with very different habits can still knock you off balance, and you can slip into chasing or withdrawing like anyone else.
What helps: keep saying what you need out loud instead of assuming it is obvious. Be patient when your partner needs more reassurance or more room than you do. Your steadiness is useful to both of you, but it should not turn into doing all the repair work.
Styles can shift over time, so treat this as a snapshot.
